Components used in our orders are picked for their quality, performance, and stability and with precise attention to detail in the assembly.
Fundamental AV offers pre-installation services for all of our systems. We will install up to 3 pieces of software (including plug-ins) or hardware in any combination for free. There is a $25/hr labor charge if you have more than three pieces. Please discuss any custom installation or configuration with us before placing your order or within seven days of your purchase. If you are purchasing any software/hardware products from a retailer, in most cases, you can have them drop-shipped directly to us to be installed in the system before it ships. Some retailers and system integrators resell our systems and sometimes offer special discounts. So always worth asking them about that.
The customer is responsible for any shipping on any hardware-software products they send to be installed that do not physically and safely fit in the same shipping box as the computer system. Fundamental AV will contact you before the system ships about additional shipping costs for the gear you sent us for installation.

All Fundamental AV systems ship with a Factory restores image and USB recovery media. Did you ever get a virus, install buggy software or hardware, or want or need to reinstall Windows? No worries; you can use our factory Restore image and get back up and running quickly. Our systems also include full-featured backup software for creating backups of your OS and media drives. So you will be able to make your system backups. You will seldom need to deal with tedious software re-installation when creating your backups, saving you hours of headaches and lost business.
